Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OhvrFlow services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

OhvrFlow provides virtual mailbox services including mail receiving, scanning, forwarding, and related services. We operate as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) in compliance with USPS regulations.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Complete USPS Form 1583 with valid government-issued identification
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

4. USPS Form 1583 Requirements

Federal regulations require all virtual mailbox users to complete PS Form 1583, which authorizes us to receive mail on your behalf. You must provide valid identification and keep your information current. False information on Form 1583 is a federal offense.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services to:

  • Receive mail for illegal purposes or fraudulent activities
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Receive prohibited items (hazardous materials, controlled substances, etc.)
  • Engage in mail fraud or identity theft
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or systems

6. Mail Handling

We will receive, process, and handle your mail according to your instructions and our standard procedures. While we exercise reasonable care, we are not liable for:

  • Loss or damage caused by shipping carriers
  • Delays caused by postal services or third parties
  • Items lost or damaged prior to our receipt
  • Prohibited or improperly packaged items

7. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all applicable fees for services rendered. Fees are billed according to your selected plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Unpaid accounts may result in service suspension and mail being returned to sender.

8. Service Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • You must provide a forwarding address for remaining mail
  • Unclaimed mail after 30 days will be returned to sender
  • No refunds for unused service periods unless required by law
  • We may retain records as required by USPS regulations

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OHVRFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OhvrFlow from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
