Welcome to OhvrFlow
Why we built a modern virtual mailbox service in Seattle, and what makes our approach different.
OhvrFlow is a virtual mailbox service for people and small businesses who don't have a reliable address — or just don't want their home address on every piece of mail. We give you a real Seattle street address, scan your mail when it arrives, and let you decide what happens next: forward it, shred it, deposit a check, or open and scan the contents.
Why we exist
The CMRA (Commercial Mail Receiving Agency) space is full of services that haven't been updated in a decade. Pixelated dashboards, mail that takes a week to scan, surprise fees, and customer support that punts every question back at you.
We're building OhvrFlow with a different bar:
- Scans appear in your dashboard within hours, not days
- Pricing is one plan with three cadences (monthly, quarterly, yearly) — no upsell maze, no "premium" tier behind the basics
- The address is real — a CMRA-compliant Seattle address that USPS accepts for change-of-address filings, banking, and DMV
What's coming
We'll use this blog to talk about:
- USPS Form 1583 (the form that authorizes us to receive your mail) — what it is, how to fill it out, and why notarization matters
- How to update your address with vendors that don't honor USPS forwarding
- Stories from real users about why they got a virtual mailbox
If there's something you want us to write about, email customersupport@ohvrflow.com.
